Shipping/Refunds Policy

Shipping is through UPS or USPS and once package has been shipped Ownership of packages once turned over to UPS or USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS or USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS or USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. 

PROCESSING TIME DEPENDS ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SAME BUSINESS DAY FOR IN STOCK READY TO SHIP ITEMS WHEN PLACES BEFORE 12 PM CST, AND 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR TRANSFERS.




Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express mail upgrade it does NOT mean your purchase will ship next business day , it means when it is ready to ship after the processing time stated it will ship express mail rather than first class or priority.



We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service or UPS. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. With Priority mail Insurance is included of $50, $100 with UPS Ground If you choose not to buy additional insurance to cover your order amount if less than the priority mail insurance included and your purchase is lost or damaged by UPS or USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS and insured through UPS or USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit and you did purchase Insurance; We will File the Claim through UPS or USPS.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!



Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. All Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service or UPS Ground or Express. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to UPS or USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the UPS or USPS loses the package. 
If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to with an additional shipping charge and for the shipping service of your choice between First Class,  Priority USPS, Express USPS or UPS Ground,Express,etc. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Sublimation Blank Ship Same Business Day if Ordered Before 12 PM CST and Next Business Day if ordered after 12 PM CST

Sublimation Transfers ship within 3-5 Business Days

If your order is combined with blanks and transfers your order will ship within 3-5 Business Days

Please note these times are when you order is shipped out. These times do not include transit times to you.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes, Local Pickup is available for a min. order of $25. If minimum is not met a $5 Delivery fee is added. Sublimation Blanks are Delivered in 1 Business Days. Sublimation Transfers within 2-3 Business Days. Must choose local pickup at the time of checkout to avoid shipping charges.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH TURNAROUND?

Yes!

But please Contact Us prior to placing your order to make sure we can process your order to be shipped within the timeframe needed. Please note there will be an extra fee added and Rush Turnaround is not the same as Express Shipping. You must choose Rush Shipping at the time of checkout but this does not mean your order will be shipped rushed unless you have contacted us prior to.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your Tracking Number. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. If inquiring on a Local Order please follow instructions provided after order is placed.

MY ORDER SAYS SHIPPED, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?"

If your order has been shipped and you have not received your order. Please Contact Us so that we may help you locate your order.

I'M MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact Us within 1-2 Business Days after your order has been delivered so that we may look further into your missing items.

MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AND IT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT, WHAT DO I DO?"

Please insure the address on your order is the correct address. Once an order is shipped if it has been sent back to us due to undeliverable address we can reship or refund the order. If you would like the order to be reshipped there would be a shipping charge to be shipped back out. If you wish to have a refund for the order it would be refunded minus any shipping fees and a 5% restocking fee will be added.
